NOC Technician
Watch the whole network at once, and catch what is failing before anyone calls.
- Monitor dashboards and alarms across every site and circuit
- Triage an alarm: is it real, is it spreading, who needs to know
- Run first-line diagnostics and restore service where you can
- Open and drive carrier tickets when the fault is outside your network
- Keep a clear written record while the incident is still moving
