OT / ICS Security Engineer
Secure the systems running factories, utilities and physical processes — where a reboot is not an option.
- Build an inventory of control-system devices that were never designed to be inventoried
- Segment operational networks from corporate ones, and from each other
- Monitor traffic passively, because active scanning can stop a production line
- Work with engineers whose priority is safety and uptime, not confidentiality
- Plan security changes around maintenance windows measured in months
