What to write to us about
Content corrections
If an exam code, price, question count, retirement date, link, or anything else on the site is out of date or wrong, tell us. Include the page URL, what it says now, and—if you have one—a link to the official vendor page that shows the correct detail. Confirmed corrections are made on the page itself, and the "last verified" date on certification guides is updated when facts are rechecked.
Career Navigator feedback
A role description that does not match your real experience of the job, a result that seems off, or a technology missing from the inventory—this is the most useful feedback we get. You do not need to send your answers or a share link; only include them if you are comfortable with us seeing them; a description of what you expected and what you got is usually enough.

Missing a certification guide or comparison you would find useful? Have a study resource recommendation? Reader requests directly shape what gets written next.

What we can't help with
We are an independent reference site, not a certification vendor or training provider. We cannot access exam scores, reschedule or refund exams, issue vouchers, or resolve account problems with Cisco, CompTIA, AWS, Microsoft, Pearson VUE, or any course platform.
