If you already hold MS-900, it remains permanently valid on your Microsoft Learn transcript. If you wanted an entry-level Microsoft certification, take AZ-900 for cloud concepts or SC-900 for security, compliance and identity — both are $99, both are 45 minutes, and neither expires. For Microsoft 365 fundamentals specifically, the successor is AB-900, Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals — same tenant material, reframed around Copilot and agent administration.
